Refund policy

If the items you receive are incorrect, faulty or damaged please contact info@themattressbag.com.au within 30 days of receiving your parcel. Please include your contact details and original invoice number as well as photos of the item being returned. 


We will cover all charges and replace your item via express post if incorrect products are dispatched as a result of error made on our behalf.


Make sure you choose your items with care to avoid unnecessary return of goods. Please use the mattress size chart in the top menu to assist you with the correct size mattress you require.


Items being returned must be in original condition for a full refund. Returns must be received before any money can be refunded. The money will be credited using the original method of payment.


Please pack the goods using the original packaging and return to our address. We recommend that you use a registered post or track-able courier as we will not take responsibility for returned items lost in transit. 


The cost of returning the goods will be refunded if the product is deemed faulty.

There is a 30-day window for change of mind returns and the cost of return shipping is to be paid by the buyer.
